| Fagul Miului - legenda spune că Miu Haiducu, fiul unui pandur din oastea lui Tudor Vladimirescu, ieșea la prădat în târgurile de la Horezu, Muiereasca sau la Crâșmă lui Ilie Chioru, iar după fiecare lovitură se refugia în zona Ocnelor Mari, unde se ascundea în scorbura unui fag bătrân dintr-o pădure aflată în zonă.
